The loop is a 250-mile waymarked circular cycle tour amongst contrasting scenery through meandering country lanes, taking in a fine mix of distinctive handsome towns and villages.
The main route passes through Kelso, Hawick, Tweedsmuir, Broughton, Peebles, Innerleithen, Heriot, Melrose, Duns, Eyemouth and Coldstream. The map also shows shortcuts offering alternative itineraries and a link to the railway station at Berwick-upon-Tweed.
