Contains 5 rides from 10 to 23 miles, based around Lampeter and Tregaron in scenic mid-Wales. The short rides are fairly gentle, the longer ones are more demanding. The routes are mapped on individual cards, for ease of use. A small amount of 'tourist' information is provided (eg TIC phone numbers etc). In English and Welsh.
