The Ridgeway is a National Trail linking the south west and the east of England.
This map shows the entire route on one sheet. From Overton Hill near Avebury in Wiltshire to Ivinghoe Beacon, east of Tring in Buckinghamshire 139km (85 miles).
The whole length of the Ridgeway follows public rights of way. Cyclists can use all of the western half and some sections east of the Thames, and the map shows alternatives for cyclists where applicable. NB: this is a 'mountain bike' route.
