This Ordnance Survey Tour map for the Lake District shows the route from just south of Haltwhistle to Ingleton. The Way of the Roses map shows the route from Ingleton to Gargrave. This Ordnance Survey Landranger map shows the route between Gargrave and Hebden Bridge. The final stretch between Hebden Bridge and Holfirth is shown on the Sustrans West Yorkshire cycle map.

Holmfirth - Appleby-in-Westmorland or Kendal

The official route map and guide to the 124 miles of National Cycle Network through the South Pennines and Yorkshire Dales. Cross the Spine of England on this route, between Holmfirth and Appleby-in-Westmorland. Takes in a variety of landscapes, from man made structures such as canal embankments and evocative mill towns, to the wilds of the Yorkshire Dales and enchanting Eden Valley.

The route follows:
National Route 68 between Holmfirth and Appleby-in-Westmorland

National Route 66 between Sowerby Bridge and Todmorden
Regional Route 20 between Kendal and Kirkby Stephen
